    Beautiful spot to hang out a few hours. Kids can play in the river if the surf is too rough, though obviously not if there has been lots of rain as the current can get strong. A decent beach break to surf and the sunset from here is beautiful.

    Went on a Bushtucker tour part of which was to canoe on the river. Fantastic.

    Such a beautiful beach. Great location, there were parking lots, bbq areas. Heavy wind and strong wave. Good for suffering.

    Lovely picturesque spot. Nice sheltered (by the sandbar) swimming spot for the kids. My kids also also loved climbing all over the rocks on the beach.
