  We loved our room. Amenities+++ the info in the folder was updated, informative and interesting to read. I especially loved the old look of our room. The dark wood made the room look not so bright and out there like the more modern styled hotels we've stayed in. Nice, quiet and cosy... We'd come back in a heartbeat. Next time hope to stay longer. Very nice and comfortable establishment. Will be sure to share our experience with family and friends in Perth and NZ

  Nice clean rooms. Spacious. Room prices may not include service so you need to check. WiFi was not working for all my devices... we stayed in Room 7 above the reception/restaurants. Kitchenette is basic and clean. Simple electric sauce pan and microwave.Ok

  this place is not any kind of resort. It is part of a large partly privately owned group of units. So the room next to you may be owned by someone other than the resort and rented out privately through something like airbnb. There were approx. 10 people in the room next to ours. We were told the max in the room was 3 persons. They partied until 4-30am with extreme fowl language, and were outside our door and sitting on our car. We tried to get management to do something but they were of little use. We asked for a refund of one night out of our three night stay. We booked two suites for three nights. After 4 phone calls were not answered we finally got someone. We had tried to contact reception when we checked out but it was locked and the people inside reception refused to come out. This was the case the entire time we were there. They never answered the phone no matter which number you called. We even tried what they call the restaurant. We have not heard anything back despite sending an email through their website and speaking to two different staff members on the phone. Their excuse was that they didn't own the unit that had the party. They charged us for accommodation that was totally untenable as it was totally impossible to sleep and we could not contact them for any form of assistance.
