  Friendly faces to greet you and contemporary accommodation with the added bonus of a heated swimming pool. Something appreciated in the south and often chilly evenings.

  Nice enough but staff not pro active. We were a group of four in two rooms. The rooms weren't ready for us at check in despite them knowing we were waiting until designated check in. One room was then ready and we were told we could all go there. Quite a walk no sooner do we get there and they phone to say we need to go back to reception to retrieve the other room key. Not drastic but when you are hot and tired they could have brought it to us as it was their tardiness. Just little attitude things. Cleaning staff were friendly tho

  My only complaint was the sheets were still dirty from the previous guests. The staff that we advised didn't care when we told her. Quite disappointing, but other than that the room was generally clean and the place was nice and quiet for a good night's rest.

  Very clean. Privacy . With in walking distance from town shops. Lovely gardens. A break away to recharge.
