The EXORBITANTLY priced food basket had shop bought eggs, stale bread, bacon from a producer and milk from Woolworths. Nothing from the farm.

When I rang to discuss with the owner, they expressed a lot of concern - and then offered us an insulting $50 off a $350 room if we returned.

Fantastic! Staffs are friendly and chocolates are nice. A lot of visitors when I arrived. My baby also had a good time with other kids over there. Good for family. Look out for their chocolate chip cookies.

Upon telling the scarce 'management' (which turned out to be a transient hippy couple with no hospitality experience rather than the family we were expecting), they tried their best but fell short of standards.

Read the most amazing reviews elsewhere of this place and was expecting a true family-run organic farm experience. The prices were outrageous for the quality we received.

We arrived with a 3 month old baby to a stone cold cottage with a mouldy bathroom, dusty furniture and dirty oven. Took 30 hours of running the log fire continuously to warm the cottage above 16C (far too cold for a baby!).

Completely unacceptable. Spend your money elsewhere in the region.

We were not offered any tours or talks about the farm.
