  The Room its self was old and dated and musty. If hotel is booked heavily don't expect hot water unless your the first person in shower. Bed was to soft as were the pillows but some might like that.

  The air conditioning is also highly effective in hot weather and voila the entire Villa withing a half hour.

  Luckily room was partly Serviced twice during stay. Clean towels and toiletries was it. Bathroom floor needed a sweep and ants were annoyingly in everything.

  English style pub tucked away from Margaret River's main street. It's been a bit quiet the few times I've visited so you get quick service. The misses enjoys the atmosphere and decor; there's also a big fireplace that will be going on colder nights which is great to sit by!

  We had booked a queen room. Ok that's what we got. But fails to tell you it's above the pub! Which is great if you dont mind the noise below and outside till nearly midnight every night! And the walls are very thin as you hear "every" noise your neighbours make.
